Rules for Swimming with Dolphins

• Children under 3 years old are not allowed to participate.
• Children over 3 years old may swim only when accompanied by an adult who can swim and must wear a life jacket (payment is required for two participants).
• Swimming with dolphins is not allowed for pregnant women.
• Children with developmental needs or musculoskeletal conditions may swim only while wearing life jackets and accompanied by an adult who can swim.
• In case of any emergency or unexpected situation, carefully follow the trainer’s instructions for your safety.
• Hair must be neatly tied back.
• Before entering the pool, remove all jewelry (rings, earrings, bracelets, etc.) to avoid injuring the dolphins.
• Before entering the pool, take a shower, put on a swimsuit, then a wetsuit and changeable footwear.
• Changeable footwear must be worn immediately after the shower and kept on until entering the pool.
• Please bring a towel — towels are provided free of charge. Proceed to the pool with your towel.
• In case of refusal to swim after payment, a refund is possible only if you have not yet entered the water. If you or your child change your mind after entering the pool, the dolphinarium does not provide refunds. In such cases, we offer an alternative: a swimming session for a relative, contact with a dolphin from the platform, or a photo session near the pool. We always strive to make your visit as pleasant as possible.

Safety Rules (Strictly Prohibited)

❌ Putting hands into the dolphin’s mouth.
❌ Touching the dolphin’s eyes.
❌ Making sudden movements, shouting, or confusing the dolphins.
❌ Sitting or lying on the dolphin.
If you feel afraid of the dolphin, please calmly leave the pool.
If you have any questions, swim to the platform and ask the trainer.
Always follow the trainer’s instructions.
The session starts and ends on the trainer’s command, and the trainer may end the swim at any time if necessary.
