General Provisions
Best Trips EG provides informational services related to the booking of tourist excursions and programs. All bookings are made based on the information published on the website.
Payment Terms
Most group excursions are offered without prepayment.
Payment is made in cash in the bus during the transfer or directly at the excursion location.❗ Cashless payments and bank card transfers are not accepted.
Accepted Currencies:
- US dollars (banknotes issued from the year 2000 and later);
- Euros;
- Egyptian pounds.
Prepayment
Prepayment may be required only in the following cases:
- private (individual) excursions;
- group bookings of 5 persons or more;
- programs that require advance purchase of flight tickets or preparation of official documents.
Cancellation Policy
Excursion cancellation is possible no later than 24 hours before the scheduled date.
In this case, the prepayment (if paid) will be refunded in cash.❗ Excursions for which flight tickets have already been purchased are non-refundable after ticket issuance.
Refund Policy
Refunds are made in cash only.
The refund period is up to 3 calendar days from the moment the cancellation is confirmed.Service Quality
If the excursion does not match the description or is provided improperly, the client must:
- inform the guide or tour representative on-site;
- document the situation with photo or video materials;
- contact the Best Trips EG booking department on the day of the excursion.
Claims submitted without supporting evidence may be rejected.
Liability
Best Trips EG is not the direct provider of the excursions and is not responsible for the actions of third parties. However, the company provides informational support to tourists to help resolve possible disputes.
Changes to the Terms
The company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The current version is always available on the website.
